Although we consider every sale final and offer no refunds, we do offer an unlimited 2-year warranty on all of our pads. It is our goal to provide our customers with a good quality product and great customer service. We will gladly replace any pad for any reason for a flat fee of $10.00 to cover the shipping and handling.
If the pad breaks or doesn’t work for any reason (your fault or ours), contact us at medisinc@yahoo.com with any questions, and we'll send you a new one - no questions asked.
